The Technical Committee consists of nine Ordinary Members and two Reserve Members. Eight Ordinary Members shall be elected by the General Assembly and the Member insurance companies in the country where the Syndicate is registered will chose the ninth Ordinary Member who should be a citizen of that country.

The current Technical Committee was elected on 19/5/2011 for a Three year term.
